Updated 16 September 2026. MI Movies Automation is a private tool operated by Ramez Pasbakhsh for the MI Movies YouTube channel.
With the channel owner's Google authorization, the tool accesses channel identity, video titles, upload records, processing status, visibility and publication schedules. It stores the access and refresh credentials needed to keep that connection working. It uses this information to avoid duplicate uploads, prepare channel content, upload videos and thumbnails, and manage publication.
Credentials and operational records are stored on the owner's development machine and private VPS with restricted file access. They are not served by this public website. Google receives video files, thumbnails, metadata and authorized API requests. The VPS hosting provider processes stored data as part of hosting the service. The tool does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising profiles, or use it to train language models. Local video script generation uses film research and editorial notes, not Google credentials.
Records and source evidence remain until the owner removes them. Authorization can be revoked in Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically remove already uploaded YouTube videos or locally stored records. Stored credentials and records can be deleted by the operator. YouTube videos and schedules can also be managed directly in YouTube Studio.
